BOQ & Quote
We submit a transparent, itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ) separating structural tonnage, sheeting area, welding consumables, transport, and erection labor.
Fabrication
Sourcing steel plates and sections to initiate CNC profiling, beam built-up, automatic sub-arc welding, and anti-corrosive primary coating in-shop.
Quality Audit
Every assembly undergoes weld UT checks, dimensional verify lists, and dry film paint thickness (DFT) checks before loading onto dispatch vehicles.
On-Site Erection
We mobilize cranes and erection rigs, align columns and rafters, secure high-strength connection bolts, and install purlins and sheeting panels.
Final Handover
Joint inspection with your engineers to clear punch lists, followed by cleaning the site and handing over final engineering documentation.
